  1. The BD file with the following mediainfo data doesn't reproduce with VLC media player (just black) nor can ripbot264 1.17 handle it. Only PowerDVD 10.0 reproduces it.
    What can be the problem?

    Try remux it with tsmuxer, open it and output a new m2ts.

  3. TSMuxer cannot open it: Unsupported format.. this track was ignored.

    Any other idea? Can this be a special (new) kind of copy protection in the file?
    As I wrote, PowerDVD can open it.

    Normally I don't have problems converting such m2ts files to mkv.

    VLC is not reliable for testing any BD rip. It's a great program for other types of video though.

  5. Correction: It did work. Just some tracks could not be recognized, but the relevant yes.
    So everything is fine.
