can you give me an advise how should i record a video from a flashplayer based web site?
hbo.com is one example

Well hbo.com is not a good example as it probably has a ton of 'protection'. You might have to resort to a screen recorder. Mirillis Action! is the one I have. It has a free trial to see if it works for you.

because i just try it to download some clip from hbo.com with orbit,
and I don't have problem to download video clip

You might be restricted by location. You might need an IP address in North America or use a proxy

Actually it works here with the same URL address you provided as well from a Canadian IP, no proxy (from HBO.com , not HBOCanada)
