what color scheme is best??

When you are capturing in avi for later filtering in virtualdub which color sceme is best ? YUY2 RGB YV12 or RGBA???

VirtualDub performs most of its filtering in RGB but YUY2 is closest to analog video. If you must use VirtualDub for filtering, capture in YUY2 then use the Brightness/Contrast filter to adjust levels (it works with YUY2 or other YUV) then perform other filtering.
