Hello
I use ffmpegX to convert .mov files into .flv files.
all seem's to be OK but...
when I launch a .flv file with QuickTime Player or with a Flash player (like JWPlayer )... the duration is still to "0:00"
The initial .mov files let me see the duration with QuickTime Player.
Is there a way to show duration ?
Is that normal or a bug ?
Thank you ++
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

If the file plays okay, but the duration is not shown, then your issue is likely with the missing meta data inside the flv.
In order to have ffmpegX insert meta data into the flv file, you should install flvtool2, as described on the website ("Optional install: if you want to encode flv with metadata") and in the videohelp.com announcement post.
