This is silly, don't why this happens. I have an imac running MacOs 10.6.8
Trying to install the extra binaries for the software but it keeps telling my that my password is wrong.
I am sure about what i am typing and I've done several installations at the past as you can imagine. What is wrong with it?
Thanx in advance,
Kostas

1/ Make sure ffmpegX is installed when logged in with a user account that has administrator privileges. (If there is only one user, then that account will be admin by default).
2/ Note the status of the Caps Lock key. For passwords, "abc" is different from "ABC". ffmpegX tries to help with this by displaying a symbol for the key in the password field, when Caps Lock is activated.
3/ Make sure the password doesn't contain symbols that could be interpreted as not being part of the string, e.g. " ' . If it does, then temporarily change the password for the duration of the installation.
