    Memorex 530vL Internal DVD Writer won't play dvd's but will record dvd's that play in all dvd players. After I record a dvd it will not play back on my PC. But it will play on my dvd player. I need help why DVD's won't play on my PC. Running Windows XP Home. I've re-installed the Memorex software for the Memorex 530v L and it still won't play any dvd's. I've done a system restore and it still won't play any dvd's, Help!

    You posted in the wrong subforum...............

    Either use free players like VLC or Mediaplayerclassic (MPC) or buy software players like powerDVD or WinDVD.

    And do you see any files on the dvds if you browse with windows explorer?
