Are there any sites that offer very low priced stock footage video? I'm looking for short clips, under fifteen seconds, particularly of countries
that I can use in my video productions I put on yourtube. I want to include one or two video scenes in Israel. I'm willing to pay but not much.
I've seen sites offer video from $40 to $200. $15 and under is what I would like to pay.
Would I be better off trying to find video on YouTube and trying to download that and using it?
Thanks
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

You might try out ushowtell.com. You could set up a contest, with whatever price you want to pay for the stock footage, and then only pay those that you like or win in accordance with the rules you set.
Usage of the site is free, except for the paypal fees when a sale takes place
