Mux several MKV files to several m2ts files

Hi,
anyone there with an idea, which tool i can use for muxxing mkv files to m2ts (each filename of the mkv should be the filename of the m2ts). TSMuxer outputs the mkv files in one big m2ts, but thats not what i want.

Maybe you could write some batch file for the command line version of the tsmuxer...but it will probably be very complex.

Or some of the mkv to avchd converters, like mkv2vob, it will create a bdmv/stream/0001.m2ts for each mkv. Under Configuring choose Output type AVCHD - Disc and then choose Directory to convert the entire folder. To avoid any video conversion select Video Transcoding: None under Configuration.
