If your home dvd player support avi divx it might work in file mode.
But if you want to it work on most dvd players then "reauthor" it to a standard dvd with for example dvd flick, dvdstyler, guifordvdauthor, etc. -
im good with reauthoring it, so it would make ifo and vob files right? but dvdflick wont work because it only supports non vob files..my files are already in vob..can you give me a good and very easy to us software? i guess the only thing that should be done is create ifo and bup files right? and its ready to be put in a dvd disk.

Just start over and re-rip the original disc the correct way. Use DVDFabDecrypter or maybe even DVDShrink(if the disc is not a brand new release).

Maybe Simple DVD Creator, load all vob files, output to a folder, burn the VIDEO_TS folder with Imgburn.

now im having trouble using Simple DVD Creator..can somebody give me a quick tutorial? my files are already in vob format..when i opened the program, i have no idea what to do next..thanks

You click on the >> under video to load each vob. Then author dvd.
If it fails you can use Freemake video converter or Convertxtodvd.
