Does this codec pack present any problems with BD Rebuilder or any other programs that you know of?

You should use the recommended and tested (by jdobbs) versions of AviSynth, Haali, and ffdshow linked here:
http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=143716
In which case you wouldn't need Klite, except possibly for single codecs you can install if necessary. You might get away with it (i.e. BDRB might work anyway), but unless some other program won't work with those versions, there's little point. Actually, when I went to Win7 64-bit, the linked version of ffdshow buggered another program, and I eventually found another (untested) version that would work. But not long after, jdobbs updated the recommended version, which works fine with all my programs, including BDRB.

No, it doesn't.
Beware any followup posts claiming otherwise.--
