    Looking for a substitute for ConvertXDVD m that have similar features, but a better menus Template in terms of variety.

    Do the Batch Videos convert and built in Menus and Burning , al in one.

  2. I like DVDStyler. Not that the templates are that much better IMO but it's very flexible in allowing you to build a (hiearacy) menu system and if you know XML you can create custom buttons/templates. And as far as templates goes you may create a project consiting only of menus with your prefered design and open that as a starting point for new projects as a sort of template.

    Does it merge 2 files together?
    Does it Convert Multiple Video Files?
    Does it offer to Combine subtitles with the Video file?

    Yes. By rigth-clicking in the Title Manager area (timeline) you have the option of adding file 2 as a chapter to file 1. And the files may be of different format as well. It also have a check-box "Play All" for every button action that allows you to play all titles in a titleset

    Does it Convert Multiple Video Files?
    Yes. Multiple files. And they may be in multiple formats. And the default setting is to adjust the bit-rate to fit a given target (may be changed), ie the more files you add the lower the bitrate

    Does it offer to Combine subtitles with the Video file?
    Yes. Either softtiles embedded in a file or from an external file like a .SRT file or a combination. Some of it is shown here
