Convert *.mkv to *.DivX

Hi there,

i am looking for a tool like DivX Plus Converter, but with CUDA support.

easy to use, good quality an a bit faster then DivX plus Converter, it takes about 12 hours to convert a 15Gb fullHD movie.

The reason is simple, i want to stream movies from my laptop to my TV using the PS3 Media server but the Laptop is to weak to convert mkv "on the fly" while streaming.

So, if anyone knows a Tool that converts to *.DivX pleas share your knowlege.

With all the other tool i tryed i got files with *.avi but i can´t stream them .. so i need *.DivX

Can't you play the movie directly with your laptop connected to your tv? Instead of streaming it.

And what happens when you stream avi with ps3 media server? .divx and .avi are just containers so it shouldn't really matter that much.

if i try to stream the mkv, it a slideshow wit 0.5 FPS ...

and avi .. i am not sure ... have to convert ... later the day. have to work
