  1. Hi,

I have ripped a DVD source to HDD, and try to convert it to XVid with AutoMKV, I have tried to convert Audio to MP3 or AC3, but no matter which one I use, I get the sollowing status bar message:

"Encoding Audio with Aften - first normalizing volume... wait", and nothing else happens. Here is a log:

Using Process Explorer, I already found out that VirtualDubMod is actually hanging, which is obviously also used when another tool like FFMpeg is selected for demuxing

Any ideas what is going wrong here?

Nope, no ideas. But I think the old autogk is better for dvd to avi xvid conversions. Or the newer staxrip or the old handbrake 0.9.3.
