They dont have that information it´s a reseller and they dont answer my mails when i ask them for the support site.

This is one of the dangers of buying what we call "no name" or "no brand" electronics. There's nobody to contact when you have problems.

I did just a quick search and it does have a place on their website which allows you to look for support. I did not try it but assumed it worked.
