Hey i am trying to compy my Entroage Dvds, the first season is 4:3 and heavily interlaced with lots of combing. I am using hand brake and have tried decomb and de interlace onf slowest setting possible. It denterlaces the image and it looks great but it seems to effect the frame rate as its a bit jittery now. Anyone know how to rectify this problem ?

if you are asking about "entourage" the hbo series, it was shot on film so you might have better luck if you inverse telecined it.

Hey i am talking about the HBO series, so i kinda have fixed the problem i ditched using Handbrake and we for MeGUI. I let it analyse the video and it detects it to be Interlaced, Top feild and is Deinterlacing with Yadif. It seems to do a pretty good job. Also does any one know if you can do audio pass though in MeGUI of a DD or DTS sound track currently im just remuxing the audio after i have encoded the video in MeGUI.
