    Hello there, mates.
I recently bought a Philips BDP3200 Blu Ray Player so I could enjoy some HD Media through my usb flashdrive.

I was aware this player had a limitation when it came to some MKV. It reads only profile 4.1 or less.
Turning profile 5.1 to 4.1, I managed to use tsMuxer + mkvmerge sucessfully (rapidly, I mean).

However, every 10-bit MKV I tried to play didn't work.

Most of them are like this:

    "Format : AVC
    Format/Info : Advanced Video Codec
    Format profile : High 10@L4.0
    Format settings, CABAC : Yes
Format settings, ReFrames : 6 frames"

This topic comes with the question: Is it possible to convert the file to a playable format without having to reencode and spending a huge time doing it? (I mean, tsMuxer + mkvmerge are very quick, but tsMuxer recognizes High 10 as High profile).
XMedia takes as long as the video's duration to do this, and there's the probability to lose quality if you're not too good in setting up.

A more complete description of one of the files:
    Code:

    Nope, you have to re-encode
