play H.264 MP4 files in website

Hello, I use flowplayer.org to play video on my site, I use flv files on it.

Now I want to play H.264 MP4 files,
I tried to use the pseudostreaming plugin
but had no success yet,
videos begin to run only after fully charged

how can I do this correctly?

flv works better for pseudostreaming, especially with larger files, but you need to move moov atom to the beginning for mp4, just like you need to inject metadata for flv
