  1. I got some clips that have pillarboxes that varyies in size over time .
Now i got some applications that I normally use to crop those out but they DO contant cropping.

    So...

Is there some wonderprogram out there that could like ... scan thru the video and apply cropping according to the current blackbar size on each frame or something like that?

No, and after doing the crops you'd be left with a bunch of different resolution videos while they'd have to all be the same. So even if there was a magical program to do an 'adaptive' crop, it would also have to resize it properly, and if it was to keep the aspect ratio it would also have to crop from the top and bottom.

You'll have to do it all manually, perhaps using a bunch of trims, crops, and resizes in an AviSynth script. Or do a single and less than ideal crop and resize.
