I need some instruction on how to compress large FLV file to a smaller size FLV file
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Lower the the bitrate to make it smaller. Like in freemake video converter, open flv, click to flv, adjust the video bitrate, convert, done.
You can use a bitrate calculator to calculate the bitrate to get the file size you want, www.videohelp.com/tools/sections/bitrate-calculators
