Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Avidemux, open video, under video codec choose mpeg4 avc, under filters and transform add either the Add black borders or Blacken borders(crop), use the preview to see how it looks like. Save as a mp4.
