    Hi Ozok.

Wanted to point something out, here.
I opened TEncoder to test its ProRes encoding today, and in the "advanced" settings, I saw this window.

My guess is that information displayed here is incorrect,
as the numbers 1-32 are reffering to video quantization (I think).

And the higher the number is, the worst the quality will be (= compressed).
Custom arg in ffmpeg CLI is "q="
I believe it is for "quantization", not "quality".

Can you confirm that it should be the opposite (1 being the best, and 32 the worst) ?

    Keep up the good work

The parameter passed to FFMpeg is qscale:v not q when prores is used. But you are right about labels tho. I used the information from: http://ffmpeg.org/trac/ffmpeg/wiki/vfxEncodingGuide

  10. @ozok - what is that avatar from?
It's reminding me of something out of the old B&W Buck Rogers (1930s) or Flash Gordon...?

    Hi Ozok

Nice & frequent program updates these few months !

    Still, i got a question :
I enjoy the subtitling feature of TEncoder, but i can't manage TEncoder to hardcode my SSA properly.

    More details :
I got some specials "styles" in my SSAs subs files (fonts/color/positionning...), but once I try to harcode them with TEncoder, it seems that the build-in subtitling options of your program prevails on all the styling in the SSA.

Any way to prevent that and make TEncoder hardcode the subs taking ONLY the styles options from the SSA files itself ?

    Thanks !

I don't know if MEncoder supports this but I can take a look. Meanwhile if you can PM me a sample subtitle file it can help to speed things up.
