  1. So basically Ive been scratching my head, searching & hurting my eyes trying to find out why my audio isn't working with my video.

I got all the clips cut, they are all put together. I dropped two separate AUDIO songs in for background music & they refuse to attach to the render. Prior to this I made a simple intro which is a text background & attached audio to that. I rendered that out & it worked, but I put that back in before my video clips & even that isn't working now.

So Im wondering how you attach songs & get it to render out with your video (yes I have include audio on in custom settings)

    and

I'm also wondering if the intro I pre-rendered out that did work would effect it and mess it up since I brought that back in at the start?

Help please I'ma cry at this point out of frustration >.<

    Can you see the waveforms?

Can you hear it during preview playback before render?

    Is the track accidentally muted?

Is there a volume envelope on the audio track?

When you render, does the resulting file have an audio track? If so is it empty?

Everything looks normal. You better check your render settings again.

Select a short sample and render to a stock template as a test. Using custom templates is fine, but some audio and video don't go together.

Since you were able to render audio previously, you may want to delete your custom template and make a new one.

  5. Short sample as in, grab a clip or two & throw audio behind it and render it out as a test?
Thats what I'm doing now, ill let you know if it works.

No, make a short selection of what you already have there on the timeline. Make a loop region, and at render, check the "render loop region only" box. Just a few seconds.

  7. Alright.

    So the loop section works?
    Now I'm really puzzled.

OK, so your custom template is hosed. Just delete it and make a new one.

  9. Yeah I'm rendering it down now without the intro, gonna see if it works.
IF it does work is there anyway I can just attach to the two outside of rending them together..

Or am I better off just making a new one? Then attempting to re-render the whole thing again.

(btw: appreciate all your help bud)

    I don't understand.

There's no "attaching" concept. The timeline only has two dimensions, vertical and horizontal. Whatever is vertical gets flattened together, and whatever is horizontal is rendered as output.
