I'm trying to record PS3 game play to my mac book pro. Which I can kind of do, but the video ends up with lines going thru it between frames when there is movement (see attachment)
I'm using a kworld DVD maker 2 USB capture device,
Empia Capture, to capture the video. with these settings
Video size 640x360
compression is YUV442 codec, 30 fps.
any help to sort this out is appreciated, and I'm prepared to use different software thanks
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

afaik that kworld device only works to capture 720x480(if ntsc) mpeg-2. see if you can set the software to capture at dvd spec settings.
