    Could I get freeware recommendations to cut these .mov files (I need to shorten them). I've attached the GSpot info ...

    Avidemux, save as mp4 container.

    mpegstreamclip ; you may need quicktime alternative installed

    or avidemux, but it will re-wrap into mp4 (too slow ^what he said )

    Crazy. I had just tried that and it worked. Get out of my head!
