  1. Hello.
I have DVD which resolution is 720x480 4:3
I want to rip it but AutoGK upscales resolution to 720:544, why ?
I ripped a lot of DVDs and agk always lowered height of movie (of course keeping AR), so I found this strange.

    Here is the log:

    Code:

It resizes all video to 4:3 resolution (or 16:9). If you want to keep it in 720x480 you have to use something else.

Because you chose a fixed width of 720. Look at what you have in the Advanced Settings:

[2011-09-26 18:31:24] Custom resolution settings: fixed width of 720 pixels
If you don't want a width of 720 (and for this project you don't because the resulting quality, in spite of AutoGK's best efforts, is lousy), either choose a lower width (one such as 640) or (better) set it to AutoWidth and let AutoGK choose the best width that'll give you good quality for the size you want.
