  1. hello, i have many movies on my server, mostly 720p and 1080p releases, I want encode them to Xvid codec like other release groups do. i'm german so I want use for example the the german line in a good english 720p rls. (i want integrate it ).

    i hope you know what i mean. i would be very happy if someone can tell me the basics of encoding, muxxing and all the other stuff.

    If it is on your HDD then it is already a "rip".....perhaps you are looking to CONVERT that MKV to something else?

    Yep, you must give more information if you want some detailed help. But you can always try free all-in-one converters like Freemake video converter, Format Factory.

  8. hi, so this tool can easily covnert my 720p bluray rip (.mkv file) to a avi bdrip?

    another question is, i've seen many x624 mkv releases. so somebody converted a bdrip to a x624 bdrip, the file format changed from avi to mkv, what's the sense?

    Yes. that tool and most other all-in-one converter can convert mkv to avi. TRY!

    I have no idea what you mean by x624 mkv releases...

    Rip is a verb and when you try to use it as a noun in "avi bdrip" and "x624 [sic] bdrip", etc., you just come across as a doofus who's trying too hard to convince everyone how cool he is.
