I have a Samsung blu ray player that has an ethernet interface built into it. Is there a way to access the blu ray media in the player from a networked pc if the player is on the same network and has a valid ip address, netmask, and gateway?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Connected Blu-Ray model is
Level 1. Play compatible files off an USB/SD card.
Level 2. Play files from a USB FAT32 hard drive.
Level 3. Connect to local networked drive over Ethernet DLNA protocol.
Level 4 (rumored) Play files from a USB NTFS hard drive.
Supported video/audio formats will be player dependent.Recommends: Kiva.org - Loans that change lives.

Are you trying to use your player as an external drive?
What I am trying to do is access the actual files on the blu ray media in the same manner as a standard dvd movie in a pc.
