  1. Im using aimersoft video converter and i changed the fps from 25 to 29.97 will the audio out of sync?

  2. It depends on how it's done. If the framerate is increased by adding in duplicate frames, then the video stays the same length and the audio remains in synch (and the video will then play slightly jerky). If it's done by simply speeding up the video then it'll throw the audio out of synch. The question really should be, "Why are you doing this?"

    If you are looking to make a DVD from PAL source that will play in NTSC players, I would suggest you use AVStoDVD, which uses a better method of conversion than just adding/blending frames, and will not cause sync problems.
