    Hi.

    Is there any guide about re encoding mkv files to smaller mkv files?
    I have a MKV 1080p and I want to convert it to MKV 720p DVD5.
    Which program/converter is the better & faster?

    Ripbot264 or handbrake. Open mkv, under the video tab/properties adjust the size to 720p and set the output size to around 4400MB. Under the audio tab set it to copy mode. But 720p h264/avc encoding will take some time.
