Remove multiple tracks from multiple MKV files

Hi,

I've got about 90 MKV files with multiple audio and subtitle streams. The default tracks are in russian, which is quite annoying so I would like to remove them. I already managed to extract the streams I want for 1 file, but doing that for all of them would take ages. The track numbers are thesame for all files. I would like to keep track number 1, 5 and 8. Is there an easy way of removing the unwanted tracks?

you might be able to do it with a batch file with mkvmerge.exe or ffmpeg.exe

Hmm, I'll see if I can get one of them to work

Ok, using info from the thread above and winff I was able to create a batch script. However, Winff outputs an error:


EDIT: should have started reading at the bottom lol. Trying mkvmerge next
