    subs you could do by demuxing and then remuxing the mkv with the subs. but hech54 is right about the watermark.

    get mkvextractgui2 and mkvtools. install them and use mkvextractgui2 to get the separate audio and video files. then you can re-encode the video with your watermark. then use mkvmergegui to create a new mkv with the new video, the old audio and your subs.

  8. I've seen watermark-like subtitles before. Not sure how it was done, but they weren't encoded into the video and were easy to get rid of. Me, I get rid of watermarks and logos. Why anyone would purposely deface a video with that crap is beyond me.
