Hi i want a program that i can choose MANY mkv files and remove any subtitles it has in it with a simple click and NOT to choose every file remove subtitles with program like mkvtoolnix.

No, reason being, it's some what of an absurd idea. Simply turn off the subtitles if you don't want to see them.
Why do you want to do this? -
I'd suggest looking at the command line switches for mkvmerge. It shouldn't be too difficult to come up with a batch file to just copy everything but the subs. Run mkvmerge --help in a command prompt to get the switches. (I believe -S is don't copy any subs.)

Isn't there any graphical program that i can choose the parameters of one folder mkv files and what to remove or add?
Or just tell me the complete command at dos i must type to REMOVE the subtitles from one folder and write it to another all the results mkv files.
