    Is it possible to convert a movie with dvdrip quality to a more clearer and high quality one? Any tool or method involved?

    If you've ripped the DVD yourself, and haven't converted or re-encoded it in any way... no.

    If you've converted it, or downloaded it... maybe. In that case, you can re-rip from your original DVD for a higher-quality version.
