Problem when using Deshaker Virtualdub filter

I love this filter, as i've used it before. I am doing something wrong, though. I loaded my video which has all kinds of shakeyness going on. I configured the Deshaker filter, and saved a portion of the video. When playing the video back, the arrows that appear when using the filter with virtualdub are in the encoded video. How do i prevent the arrows from appearing?

deshaker uses 2 passes, the 1st is only for analysis, and the 2nd is where the stabilization is applied. You probably left it on the 1st pass settings
