HELP ? software that can add a logo on a "live video ?

Hi there
i am new to all kind of video editin and related acivities...
so i want to apologize if my post/question is in the wrong place or seems stupid to anyone ( + the fact that my english skills are not perfect )

THE problem
my boss decided that i should look for a program... alternative to a soft. called Blackmagic Livekey which is used in some local TV station to ad an images / logos ...etc. to the live video ... why and how this works i have no idea

problem is that this program blackmagic livekey has some conflict with some software called MOVIEJAY or WINJAY or smth like that
since i am total noob when it comes to software for video editing or even streaming live video ... i have absolutly no idea what to do ... so i came here to seek HELP...

Need more detail of source and type of upload but look at Telestream Wirecast (Windows or Mac)

its some tv station with a lot of hardware
as far as i get it ... which is not much :P this program should take the signal add the image/logo etc. and the give it to some ... encoder or smth like that which turns it to analog signal and broadcast it over the air to people's TV

i can ... probably if that is of any help ... ask what hardware exactly are they using? and maybe the process ... explained by someone with a bit more knowledge.... $%&@#
