If I wanted to attach a short video message to an email, and send it to a handful of my customers,
in what format would you suggest I send it? Is their a most common format that can a vodeo be played on a computer desktop? I look forward to your reply.

Probably wmv or flv...but it's a bad idea. Your customers will have different connection speeds and sending a video in email, even a short one, may take hours to download. A better solution is to put the video on a sharing site and simply include a link/display in the email that points to it.

Absolutely! If you send e-mails with HUGE file attachments, your customers will not remain customers very much longer.

Not too mention that most email clients block most attachment file formats by default.
