    Two bluring? Blur two logos ? It would require reconversion = some quality loss. You could try use avidemux with the delogo filter, see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NTZsRHWMNxw

  4. I have this error message when I open it in avidemux: "The index is not updated. You should use"Tools -> Rebuild image. "To do it now?"

    It isn't an mpeg2-ts file, and AVIDemux will have told you that you can't get smooth scrolling through AVC material in it's stable mode. You also haven't filled in your computer specs, so I have no idea if your PC is even capable of smooth handling of 720p AVC material.

    That said, for simple blurring out a logo smooth playback in AVIDemux's preview windows isn't important. The choppiness will not affect the encoding.
