Does ANY company make cd-r's or dvd-r's that are pretty tough against scratches? I remember Office Depot stores carried cd-r's that were supposedly scratch-resistant back about 10 years ago.

Most of the discs with anti-scratch coating these days are the more expensive gold archival grade discs like Delkin Gold with Scratch Armor or Verbatim UltraLife. The only cheap discs that are anti-scratch are Imation Forcefield, but I think they are discontinuing their CD-R media, so get them while you can.

Read this: Which discs are scratch resistant?
That lists discs, and where you can get them for some of the best prices.

Those are super-crappy discs. Avoid. Do not use. Not suggested.
