how to convert alternate-frame 3D into SBS 3D ??

I have a .MKV file containing an "alternate-frame" 3d video which I would like to convert into a Side-By-Side 3D. Now I think that firstly I need to demux the MKV into audio, Left-eye video and right-eye video, then remux the streams into the appropriate format. I can do the second part with 3DBDBuster but what about estracting the single video streams? I tried to use videodub but no luck.
does anyone has any idea how to accomplish this?

You can't remux into SBS, you have to reencode. In AviSynth:

WhateverSource()
StackHorizontal(SelectEven(), SelectOdd())

Then use whatever encoder you want.
