In the global tab on MKVmerge theres some things in there to cut video, but i can only figure out how to cut one part of the video out at a time.
Is there anyway to cut a specific time-time out?
Like i put a video in it and i want to cut out from 03:00 - 09:50 and just keep that segment.
Does anyone know how to do that?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

I suggest you make several cuts. First cut will be from the start until the 3 min mark (or whatever time you wish). MKVmerge will then create 2 files; 1 with your cut (i.e start until 3 min mark) and the other will be from 3min mark onwards. Now load the 3min mark onwards clip (i.e the 2nd file created) into mkvmerge and simply cut until your desired end time (as the start time will be the beginning of your new clip). This really doesn't take too long. I just dont think that mkvmerge can cut sections out of the middle of a mkv file???
There maybe another tool that can do this; i am not sure. But i honestly believe that mkvmerge is a very good tool with excellent results (something that other tools only 'claim'). Good luck.
