  2. Is this your first go with BDRB?

Anyway, you're getting an immediate encoding error which points to something wrong with the helper apps. That regardless of what inspect.exe is telling you about your configuration.

Since your log file looks nearly identical to one posted yesterday by you on the bug report thread, I'll repeat (and elaborate on) the advice given by jdobbs (the author of BDRB):

Uninstall everything. Manually delete the program folders and run a registry cleaner like CCleaner. Reboot and reinstall following the directions on this page exactly:

    Good luck.

Go into Setup-Settings and make sure that "UseX264's internal LAVF for decoding" is checked. It worked fro me.

  4. Also you are likely to get more help posting in the bug thread since the author answers questions there. On Windows7 you need to RunAsAdministrator the first time after every BDRB update.

What I do is download BDRB and the 2 helper apps from the author's thread. Install them all. Then run BDRB As Administrator. Then check with Inspect.exe. If all says good but it craps out right away you may have bad input. But jdobbs would know better than I.
