    Although the files (avi files only) play correctly, it is just a little annoying that the video thumbnails are all upside down. I have checked that my video card drivers are upto date and they are. I have also checked the xvid decoder settings ('flip video' tick box) and they still appear upside down (although that is the output setting anyway). It seems that it as only happened since i updated to Xvid Codec 1.3.1.

    Any suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated. Many Thanks

    If you have installed any codec pack then check with ffdshow settings ... it'll be in there where the problem is.
