Help needed with PS3 mt2s subtitle support

So i have my ps3
i have the 1080p mt2s working on my ps3
i have subtitle (.srt) in same folder.

however subtitles do not show.

How may i embed the subs so that they will show on ps3 WITHOUT video loss.
I have used divx author 1.5, however it converts to poor quality.

Any direction and advice will be highly appreciated, even it is just to another link
that shows that my problem has already been answered.
