    Hello,

I am looking for a good video card for my GX280. I got it for free so i don't want to spend alot. Just looking for better resolution and DVI output. Would like to play 1080p HD movies with VLC player with it. What do you recommend? Has XP Pro OS. What about over clocking this pc? Do they make a good fan for my CPU cooling fins?

    Dell GX280 (2006)

    X6554 motherboard
    INTEL PENTIUM 4 PROCESSOR 650 SL7Z7 3.40GHZ/2MB/800MHZ

400 Watt 24/20-pin ATX Computer PC Power Supply w/SATA

    4gb's of Ram

    500gb WD sata hard drive

    Has one PCI-E slot

    Thanks

1: Overclocking is not an option
2: Ati radeon hd 5450 will allow bluray / hd option (vga, dvi, hmdi) ... well under $100.

Whether it'll strugle during hd playback ... some will and some may not play fluidly ... depends on codecs used.
