I use BDtoAVCHD to convert MKV files to AVCHD so that I can play these on my BD player, some convert fine but most fail with this message " tsMuxeR.exe has stopped working" or it come up job done and create the folder name in the AVCHD folder but its empty.
After a few hours its realy irritating.
    Whats wrong?

  2. My first guess would be the files may not be BD compliant. Or perhaps tsMuxer has trouble with the audio.

Analyze a problematic file with Mediainfo in Tree View and post it here.

  4. Sheet or Tree View would have been better. Nevertheless, I don't see anything wrong there, maybe someone else does.

What happens if you use tsMuxerGUI alone? It can load compliant MKVs and output to AVCHD without BDtoAVCHD (never used it, BTW).

I had a similar problem on Windows 7 64bit until I changed the compatibility mode of tsMuxer. I think I used XP sp2. It's worth trying.

There's easy solution for tsmuxer failing. It's because of header stripping. I posted instructions to here: https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/317757-Help-me-diagnose-AVCHDCoder-and-BD_Rebuilder-errors

Same issue and now I dont have problems with tsmuxer failing anymore.

So just run gdsmux.exe inside the tsMuxer folder?

I dont know if it comes with tsmuxer but the one i run comes with haali. Inside haali's installdir gsdemux.exe and convert the file "on the fly" without changing any settings. Removed header stripping that causes tsmuxer.exe to crash when you load mkv that has header stripped audio stream inside.
