    Hello.

I've a AverTV Hybrid Volar HD (USB).
I'm trying to capture TV with Windows Media Encoder. Video is great but can't get any sound. The only option I can choose on audio settings is the one from mics, no TV Card.

    Any way to solve this?
    Thanks.

I am going to assume you are using the adapter cable with A/V inputs, not the tuner. Some capture software is not designed to accept audio from a USB capture device. In that case you need a RCA stereo to microphone jack adapter cable to plug into the microphone jack or backplane audio line in. They are inexpensive, and can often be found in stores that sell TVs, stereos, and other electronics. Here are pictures of a couple of examples.

    Exactly, I'm using the composite.

I guess there's no other way around then?

It works with Aver Media, DScaler,... but I'm looking for other results.
I think I have that cable here at home.

    Thank you so much.
