    What tool should I use to convert Ogg Audio to AAC Audio?

    Try LameXP. You will have to download the (free) Nero AAC encoder to add AAC encoding to it.

    Oh? Then I want to convert from OGG to AAC.
    OGG is a container ( and a poor one, BTW ).
    Re.. audio types, it supports Vorbis, FLAC, and speex.
