reinstall error more licenses needed?

I installed the program but couldn't register. I uninstalled the demo and the full program. I tried to install the full program again
and it insisted that another installation was in progress - retry? Retry didn't work! I rebooted and cleaned my registry and installed again. The install worked but now I get an error saying that I've run out of licenses for more machines.

I am installing onto one machine but have yet to get it to work.

I am also having a Problem in registering.... this message pops up
