    I've got a file here (1920x1080) in .ts (from tv yeah).

    Trying to encode it to .mkv but keep getting this error in MeGUI.

    I haven't seen that error before, try replacing with LoadCPlugin() ie. replace that line with

    LoadCPlugin("C:\Program Files (x86)\MeGUI\tools\yadif\yadif.dll")

    What version of avisynth are you using?
