    Have demuxed a .vcl file with eac3to
    need a Decoder and Frame Server
    to create an index for avisynth
    DGAVCIndex.exe does not work with this file format
    Get an error Found NALU type 15 len 22 underfined error

    what can i do thankx

    Assuming "vcl" stands for *VC-1*

    You can mux the elementary stream to a .MKV file with mkvmerge,
    or even to a .AVI file with Mencoder. Then you can apply Avisynth on it.
